Fuji has been a family-owned business for over 20 years. Shannon - owner and main cook - began waitressing at 16 years old, then took over the business shortly after.

As the owner and main cook in the kitchen, Shannon strives to uphold her family's vision by serving quality sushi and maintaining a welcoming environment for all who dine in her restaurant. Fuji cooks with the freshest fish and ingredients, and all their sauces and dressings are made from scratch.
